Step One: Download the App from the App Store or Google Play Store.

Step Two: Turn on your device’s bluetooth and the printer will automatically pair with the app.

Step Three: Open the PrepWizard App. Make sure to ALLOW location permission request.

Step Four: Select items and quantities of labels and press “print”. Simple!

No! We have designed the PrepWizard system to use any iPhone or Android phone, so you can let your store managers or other employees download the free app on their own devices. However, if your store already has a tablet, PrepWizard will work just fine with that device.

Each store location has UNLIMITED users. So, anyone in the store that works with prep who has a smartphone can download the app. Or, you can download it to an existing store tablet. Employees working in multiple stores will have access to each subscribed location.

You will have access to edit products in the cloud. Part of a national brand? PrepWizard maintains the product list including LTOs, so your team can rely that each location has up to date information automatically.
